**Job Overview**

Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation, is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to oversee exam series, drive operational improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering high-quality results in dynamic environments with competing priorities. They will be responsible for making operational decisions within policy guidelines, escalating issues as needed, developing and monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance through procedural documentation and risk management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive team performance improvements by setting and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance through effective risk management and procedural documentation.

**Requirements:**
