We're looking for a Fitness and Wellness Professional to join our team at The Shell Centre in London. This role involves working as a primary point of contact for gym members, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing their experience through excellent service and proactive communication.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the gym, including ensuring high standards of service and facility management with an emphasis on wellness. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen and induct gym members, issuing suitable fitness programmes regularly reviewed and updated.
  • Be members' primary point of contact, addressing their needs and enhancing their experience through excellent service and proactive communication.
  • Manage the operational aspects of the gym, ensuring high standards of service and facility management, with an emphasis on wellness.
Requirements
  • Hold a Level 3 personal training qualification.
  • Ability and experience holding group classes, including spin, strength and conditioning, box-fit, & mobility (Pilates qualification would be an advantage).
  • Ability to conduct health assessments.
  • Excellent people skills to engage and motivate participants.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively working with diverse clients and professionals.
