We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Female General Assistant at JD Gyms in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

Job Type: Part Time

As a key member of our gym team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in our gym environment. This will involve cleaning duties, customer service, and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are recorded and completed to the company standard.

The Role:

  • Cleaning and maintaining the gym facilities to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our members, actively seeking feedback and making improvements where possible.
  • Recording all cleaning duties and tasks on relevant checklists to maintain the company standard.
  • Ensuring the correct use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment, adhering to COSHH regulations.
  • Working part-time hours, mainly evenings, and being available to work weekends.

The Candidate:

  • A hard-working individual with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to demonstrate a passion for exceeding expectations and providing excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multitask and work unsupervised.
  • Effective communication skills and an approachable demeanor when interacting with members and other staff.
