About the Role

At Sage, we are committed to creating value across a sustainable supply chain. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Marketing Procurement Manager in delivering strategic sourcing initiatives across IT & Product, Marketing, and Corporate categories.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various sub-categories, including Creative, Production, Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Sponsorships, Events, and Merchandise. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and identifying potential suppliers that can meet long-term needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of category strategies by assessing internal requirements and supply markets.
  • Deploy sourcing approaches, including developing and leading RFPs within assigned sub-categories.
  • Evaluate and analyze supplier bids, ensuring effective evaluation and selection processes.
  • Negotiate commercially robust contracts with suppliers, working closely with the Sage Legal team.
  • Implement supplier performance management to ensure improved and sustained performance.
  • Award contracts in accordance with relevant procedures and policies.
