Job Summary

The primary function of this role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term customer retention and maximizing additional and new works at the highest profitability achievable. As a Senior Account Development Manager - Fire and Security, you will be accountable for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting customers' systems servicing requirements in full compliance with agreed KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  2. Collaborate with the bid team to tender for maintenance contracts, ensuring successful contract delivery.
  3. Monitor and support operational delivery, ensuring profitability targets are met.
  4. Prioritize workload to meet agreed targets, achieving both short- and long-term objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Senior Account Development Manager - Fire and Security, you will need:

  • Sound management, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in engineering, preferably in a related industry.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • High level of commercial awareness and experience.
