Radiation Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiation Therapist to join our team at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in the delivery of high-quality cancer treatment to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver accurate and safe radiation therapy treatments to patients, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Organize and supervise the work schedules and patient management on a Linear Accelerator or CT Scanner on a daily basis.
- Assist the Superintendent Radiographers in the daily management of the professional, efficient, and effective provision of high-quality care.
- Comply with all Trust and Departmental Policies, procedures, and protocols, commenting and suggesting changes as necessary.
- Ensure a patient-centered approach to the radiotherapy service.
- HCPC registration
- A native English speaker for whom English is their first language/ IELTS Level 7
- Experience of using equipment to deliver IGRT, SABR, IMRT
