About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Practitioner to join our clinical assessment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and referring patients requiring our clinical service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize advanced clinical skills to assess and diagnose patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Refer patients to specialist services as required
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), or General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Independent non-medical prescriber registration
