Nursery Practitioner Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a reputable Primary School in Barnet. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting and managing students with challenging behaviour needs, both in and outside of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage students with challenging behaviour needs
  • Work collaboratively with the school team to ensure students reach their maximum potential
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent
  • Experience as a room leader, qualified nursery assistant, child minder or learning support assistant
  • Passion, hard work, and ability to manage behaviour in a calm and professional manner
