About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Home Manager to lead our team at Woodside Place care home in Telford. As a Home Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you will be responsible for providing person-centred and quality-driven care to our residents, while also driving continuous improvement and innovation in our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services, making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with local commissioners and professionals to ensure effective partnerships and service delivery
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Requirements
  • First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN
  • Minimum of three years management experience, ideally in a complex care setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong clinical, business, and digital skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
