Cost Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Review construction contractor systems, controls, and processes to provide a view on their ways of working, using industry intelligence to build a view on best practice.
* Analyze and understand complex construction contracts.
* Plan financial audits by understanding our clients' objectives and risk areas, as well as the supply chains' structure, policies, and processes.
* Perform testing of data and information using smart techniques and tools such as data visualization and trend/pattern analysis.
* Foster good quality working relationships with clients and those being reviewed built around trust and professionalism.
Requirements:
* Previous experience or a sound understanding of data analysis, time management, assessment of accuracy and entitlement to costs, report writing, and construction industry technical matters.
* Familiarity with contract management, particularly NEC3 (Option C, E).
