Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Diamond Search Recruitment Ltd as a Supplier Manager. The role requires a strong background in supplier quality management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verification of supplier quality standards to ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Development and implementation of supplier management programs to improve efficiency.
  • Implementation and management of a Contract Management tool to enhance transparency.
  • Review and management of existing Supplier Agreements to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Management of new Agreement implementation process to minimize disruption.
  • Identification and implementation of cost reduction ideas to optimize budget.
  • Maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to supplier management programs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (Life Science desirable) with a minimum of 2 years' experience in supplier quality environment.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per annum
