Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Verto People. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sales Executive to take on a new challenge and contribute to the growth of our business.
About the Role:
This Sales Executive role will be responsible for managing inbound sales calls, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound sales enquiries and respond to customer requests within 24 hours
* Analyze sales-related data and create opportunities in the CRM system
* Establish strong relationships with internal and external customers and other departments within the business
* Provide full product training to customers as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales or business development role
* Full UK driving license and ability to commute to Fife
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
