The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our service users, focusing on empowerment and personal growth. This will involve medication management, goal-oriented support, and engaging activities such as cooking, art, and outings.

A minimum salary of £25,500 per annum is available for this position, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 6 weeks annual leave and a pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health.
  • Empower individuals to live fulfilled lives.
  • Provide high-quality care tailored to needs.
  • Engage in activities like cooking, art, and outings.
  • Manage medication, shopping, and hygiene.
  • Follow procedures for safe and reliable care.

Requirements:

  • RQF Level 2 or above in social care.
  • Previous experience in social care.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
