We are looking for an experienced Adult Support Provider to deliver high-quality care and support services to adults in the Brighton & Hove area.

As an Adult Support Provider, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, developing personalized care plans to promote their independence and well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing physical and emotional support to adults with varying levels of need
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and challenging behaviors
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care plans

In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive a competitive salary of £18-20 per hour, paid weekly, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.
