About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our Healthcare sector team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing electrical engineers, developing electrical concepts, and overseeing project delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers, managing MEP engineers and collaborating with other disciplines.
  • Raise the profile and reputation of our UK Healthcare team.
  • Develop and oversee electrical concepts and design philosophies.
  • Inspire and enthuse engineers and technicians on your projects.
  • Liaise with clients and collaborators, representing Ramboll at project meetings.
  • Support key accounts and develop new clients.
  • Support UK Healthcare team sector business development strategies.
  • Produce high-quality fee proposals.
  • Implement best practice procedures to enhance and maintain delivery of sustainable, zero-carbon, innovative, and quality advisory and design services.
  • Manage your own projects and act as MEP or electrical engineering project manager to allocate resources and coordinate tasks.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in the Healthcare sector. You will have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline and be chartered with MCIBSE, MIET, or MIHEEM. You will also have excellent project management skills, a thorough understanding of digital design delivery through Revit/BIM 360, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in plain language.
