Small Tools Service Technician

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Small Tools Service Technician to join our team at GAP Hire Solutions.
As a Small Tools Service Technician, you will play a vital role in the success of our busy depot, ensuring all electrical and small tools are safe and serviceable before they go out on hire. You will be responsible for carrying out PAT Testing on all electrical tools, as well as servicing and maintaining a variety of small tools, including 2/4 stroke petrol tools and a range of electrical tools such as saws, grinders, and drills.
**Responsibilities**
- Carry out PAT Testing on all electrical tools
- Servicing and maintaining small tools, including 2/4 stroke petrol tools and electrical tools
- Ensuring all electrical and small tools are safe and serviceable before they go out on hire
- Working closely with the depot team to ensure smooth operations
**Requirements**
- A relevant mechanical/electrical qualification or time served experience
- Significant experience in petrol and diesel contractor tools servicing and maintenance
- Experience carrying out PAT Testing on all electrical tools
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential
