The FP&A Control and Support Function Leader will lead the relationship between FP&A and the Control and Support Functions, for forecasting and budgeting, globally across the firm.

As a seasoned professional with a strong background in FP&A, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

You will work closely with our business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain robust financial plans and budgets, aligning with our corporate strategy and goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, review financial projections, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  3. Drive process improvements, sourcing and analysing data to meet internal management and business needs and external disclosures.
  4. Communicate financial performance, forecasts, and insights effectively to support decision-making and investor relations activities.
  5. Provide key financial metrics to investors and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Prepare financial analysis, performance metrics, and strategic updates to provide accurate and timely information to the board of directors.
  7. Work closely with Function heads to gather input, review financial projections, and ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  8. Implement best practices to drive efficiency, accuracy, and the quality of financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in FP&A, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.

Salary Range: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
