About the CRPS Counselling and Therapy Service

Burning Nights CRPS Support is a UK charity that offers emotional support services to individuals affected by Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).

We provide one-to-one counselling and therapy sessions through Zoom or over the telephone, currently available to individuals over the age of 5. Our highly skilled counselling and therapy team helps develop our growing mental health support service for patients, families, and carers affected by CRPS.

Main Responsibilities
  • Facilitate clinical supervision on a monthly basis, either online or via telephone.
  • Administer supervision from invitation through to record-keeping.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and report any concerns to the Chair of Trustees.
  • Commit to ongoing supervision of supervision practice and personal supervision as needed.
Key Requirements
  • Psychotherapy or Counselling qualification with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Qualification in Clinical Supervision or significant experience in supervising individual counsellors/psychotherapists.
  • Accreditation or registration with a relevant governing body, such as BACP or HCPC.
  • Proven experience working with clients with complex medical health issues, loss, and bereavement.
