What you'll do
At Alina Homecare, our care jobs in Malvern are designed to provide a unique and rewarding experience for our clients. As a Care Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing companionship, personal care, and support in the comfort of their own homes.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Companionship - building relationships with our clients and providing emotional support
- Personal Care - assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and using the bathroom
- Medication - helping clients manage their medication and providing reminders
- Mealtimes - preparing healthy meals and snacks
- Housework - assisting with laundry, cleaning, and tidying
- Errands - accompanying clients on outings and assisting with shopping and other tasks
- Mobility - helping clients with mobility issues and providing support with getting around
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a caring and reliable attitude, a driving license, access to a vehicle, and the right to work in the UK. Don't worry if you don't have previous experience - we provide exclusive training to help you prepare for this rewarding role.
