Master Plumber

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumber to join our team at Ongo Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for carrying out plumbing tasks to a high standard in occupied and empty properties.

Main Responsibilities:

1. To undertake all plumbing repair and renovations identified within the housing stock, including installing and maintaining sinks and basins, showers, baths, and wet rooms
2. To design, install, and maintain pipework and waste pipework systems
3. To be customer-focused at all times and have the ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels

We are looking for someone with:

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Domestic Heating or 5 years' experience as a plumber
• Experience of property repairs, construction techniques, and maintenance work
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety at Work practices and the ability to carry out dynamic risk assessments
• Understanding of COSHH regulations and customer care skills
