Apprenticeship Workshop Facilitator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Apprenticeship Workshop Trainer to join our team at Itec Skills and Employment. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality health and social care workshops to learners, ensuring they receive the best possible training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective workshops to learners, focusing on health and social care topics.
- Manage learner attendance and communication, ensuring all learners are engaged and motivated.
- Update learner records accurately, reflecting their progress and knowledge gained.
- Provide additional support to learners as needed, including those with identified Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
- Participate in regular standardisation sessions with peers to share best practices and review course content.
- Meet or exceed learner feedback results, achieving a 90% good or above score on peer observations.
- Maintain knowledge and adherence to work-based learning professional standards, the education workforce's code of practice, and Itec's code of conduct.
Requirements:
- Relevant training experience and qualification(s)
- Experience working in an apprenticeship setting
- Occupational experience, knowledge, and technical competence in route delivery
- Full driving licence with use of own vehicle
Desirable Qualifications:
- PGCE/relevant teacher/trainer qualification
- CAVA Unit: Classroom-based delivery
- Level 5 Practitioner Award
- TAQA qualification or equivalent qualification
- Qualified or with the potential and willingness to work towards:
- AON Level 2: Digital Literacy Level 2
- ESW Communication Level 2
