Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your main responsibilities will include:
Main Duties- Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Collecting and washing up pots and pans
- Cleaning food preparation areas and equipment, as well as crockery and cutlery
- Unloading food and equipment deliveries
- Keeping the store room organized
- Maintaining clean and sanitized work surfaces, walls, and floors
- Assisting with food preparation, including preparing salads or desserts
- Performing other duties as required, including deep cleans and laundry of kitchen towels and aprons
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Desire to learn and improve skills
- Pride in delivering high-quality work
- Passion for fresh food
