Forestry Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Forestry Contracts Manager to join our team at our Workington Mill. As a key member of our Supply Chain area, you will be responsible for monitoring and developing harvesting and haulage systems within the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and develop harvesting and haulage systems within the area.
  • Work with the Forest Area Managers to support harvesting and haulage operations to ensure effective delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and compliance.
Requirements:
  • A relevant Forestry or land-based qualification.
  • Experience of managing harvesting operations, organising transport and trading within the forestry supply chain.
  • Appropriate training in both the working environment and Health & Safety.
  • Good knowledge of Environment and Certification within Forestry.
  • Knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft office suite).
