Job Title: Fitness Class Instructor

GLL is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at Monks Hill Sports Centre and Ashburton Hall in Croydon. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and safe fitness classes to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a variety of fitness classes, including aerobics, circuits, and classes for seniors
  • Develop and implement new class formats and themes to keep classes fresh and exciting
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and techniques
Requirements:
  • Exercise to Music Level 2 and/or Fitness Instructor qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering high-quality classes
