Job Description

We're seeking a passionate and caring Support Worker to join our team in Rotherham. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals gain more independence in their daily lives, while working collaboratively within a dynamic team to provide exceptional support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
  • Ability to follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
  • Resilience, flexibility, and composure in your approach.
