About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Gardener and Maintenance Person to join our team at The Arrow Mill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and charm of our surroundings, ensuring our outdoor spaces are always looking their best.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain our flower borders, planters, and hanging baskets to the highest standard
  • Cut the grass and keep the pub surroundings neat and tidy
  • Carry out general maintenance tasks such as painting, woodwork, and basic plumbing

  • 15 hours minimum, including weekend work

About You
