About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Building Estimation Specialist to join our team in North Essex. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates for construction projects, working closely with our senior estimator and other team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building estimation, preferably in the construction industry, and a strong understanding of building costs, materials, and labor requirements. You will be responsible for conducting site visits, assessing project requirements, and preparing comprehensive estimates.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting progress to stakeholders, and identifying areas for improvement. We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package.
