About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent and Recruitment Officer to join our Talent team at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering a customer-centric recruitment service to our internal stakeholders and external applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support hiring managers in recruiting top talent for all campaigns across LHP
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage candidates
  • Collaborate with the Communications Team to promote LHP as an employer of choice
  • Organize and attend job fairs, recruitment events, and other activities to attract candidates
  • Facilitate and administer interview and selection procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient process
  • Support and coach internal stakeholders in selecting appropriate assessment methods and interviewing techniques
  • Actively participate in interviewing and shortlisting panels for all roles
  • Support internal colleague development and liaise with the Talent Manager for suitable training and development initiatives
Requirements
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external customers
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Access to a vehicle and ability to travel to our offices in Grimsby or Boston as required
