This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Pricing Actuary, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability through data-driven pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing models to optimize revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with underwriters to build confidence in pricing models and drive business decisions
  • Provide actuarial support for the Marine and Aviation business unit, including case pricing and business planning
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation
  • Mentor and develop junior actuaries to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • University degree in a STEM-related field (2:1 or above)
  • Programming skills in R/Python or similar
  • Preferably qualified actuary with experience in the London market
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and industry
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
