We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support Professional to work with children across the Torbay area.

This role focuses on delivering personalized support to students in alternative settings, such as their homes or community spaces, helping them achieve their educational goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to children with SEN in outreach settings.
  • Deliver individualized learning plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in one-to-one or outreach settings.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactivity, resourcefulness, and commitment to supporting students.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is £85-£90 per day, based on the location and industry standards.
