We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager / Senior Underwriter to join our Development Finance Team. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate development finance market, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residential property loan applications, assessing risk and viability.
  • Analyse property valuations and market data to determine collateral adequacy.
  • Make informed underwriting decisions and provide recommendations to the credit committee.
  • Liaise with Customers, brokers, solicitors, surveyors, and internal teams to facilitate loan application processing.

Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
