About the Role:

Lead a Team of Care Staff

As a Senior Carer at Barchester Healthcare Ltd, you'll be responsible for leading a team of care staff in delivering quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include training, supervisions, and delegating duties on shift.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Senior Carer, you'll need to have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with previous experience in a residential care setting and proven team leadership skills.

Estimated Salary:

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
