About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Akari Care. As a Nurse Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional clinical care to our residents, while also leading and mentoring a team to ensure a warm and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
  • Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in care delivery.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £20.00 per hour.
  • A welcome bonus of £1,500 (T&C's apply).
