About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Superintendent Pharmacist to join our team as Head of Pharmacy Leadership. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational excellence of our pharmacy network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient safety, clinical governance, and operational efficiency across all branches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and healthcare professionals.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to junior pharmacists and other team members.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical law, regulation, and best practice.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Highly developed problem-solving and decision-making skills.
