About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking lecturer to join our team at The City Of Liverpool College. As a Bank Sports Lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning on our Sport, Exercise & Fitness courses.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To contribute to the College's mission and values, ensuring effective implementation in all aspects of College life.
  2. To contribute to the College and curriculum area strategic objectives, actively engaging in the annual review.
  3. To stay up-to-date with national developments in the subject area, updating knowledge and skills on an annual basis.
  4. To plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality teaching and learning on all Sport, Exercise & Fitness courses, varying from levels 1 through to Level 6.
  5. To create effective and stimulating learning opportunities for all students, using high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
  6. To deliver teaching and learning on a wide range of units in Sport Science and Exercise & Fitness, across various levels and courses.
  7. To teach on our Public Service courses, where applicable.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an innovative and forward-thinking teacher, highly motivated to improve the chances of young people. You will have the ability to deliver a wide range of units in Sport Science and Exercise & Fitness, across various levels and courses. In addition, the ability to teach on our Public Service courses would be advantageous.
