**Job Description**
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of the care home. This includes:
- Caring for residents as if they were your own family, addressing their physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Assisting with personal care activities, including hygiene, dressing, and meal support.
**Benefits and Salary**
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £60 per hour, plus pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and a company-paid enhanced DBS check. Additionally, you will receive full training and the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
