About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at Tesco. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their shopping in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer shopping trips in a safe and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Ensure that the van and trays are clean and organized
  • Load and unload merchandise from the van
  • Operate a manual or automatic van, depending on the location
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets

Requirements:

  • Valid UK/EU/EEA driving license with no more than 3 penalty points
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as required
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
