Civil Engineering Project Management Opportunity

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
This role involves leading and managing the quantity surveying team, providing guidance and support throughout all project phases. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective cost management strategies, conduct risk assessments, and negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Requirements:
  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on civil projects.
  3. Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within a surveying team.
  4. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management practices.
  5. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., cost management software, MS Office).
