Our Sustainable Energy Graduate Development Programme is designed to support and encourage our global commercial customers in their sustainable energy transition plans.
Key Responsibilities- Gain comprehensive knowledge of risk assessment and management with a focus on sustainability
- Evaluate insurance applications, determine terms, and set premium rates based on detailed analysis
- Work with the Zurich Claims team to manage and resolve insurance claims with a focus on sustainability
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate solutions into the claims process, ensuring that our commitment to sustainability is reflected in every aspect of our operation
- Expertise across the whole breadth of insurance, from understanding, assessing and reducing risk, to claims, pricing and insurance frameworks – all with a focus on sustainable energy
- An in-depth learning & development programme that will support you throughout and into your future career
- A Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship (equivalent to a Bachelors degree) which includes completing your Chartered Insurance Institute ACII qualification
- £32,550 starting salary – with a biannual pay review
- London Allowance £3,200 per annum
- 25 days holiday plus an additional 3 volunteering days
