We are looking for a highly skilled Surgical Services Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. As a senior operating theatre practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating surgical care, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical expertise and leadership skills in a busy and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable theatre experience, preferably in women's and children's surgery, and be registered with the NMC or ODP. You will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive range of benefits and a supportive working environment.
