The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Compliance Advisor to join our Land Recovery team. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of compliance and ensuring that our operations align with regulatory requirements.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Establish and maintain effective quality, safety and environmental management systems.
  2. Analyze and present quality, safety and environmental performance data.
  3. Participate in external audits and authority visits.
  4. Stay informed about health, safety and environmental laws and regulations.

Essential Skills

  • A robust background in compliance with knowledge of ISO, RISQS, FORS.
  • Desirable: experience in the rail industry and NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • A UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
