Morson Talent is seeking experienced Avionic and Mechanical Supervisors to work on the Chinook aircraft. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of avionic and mechanical technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of avionic and mechanical technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair of aircraft systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of avionic and mechanical systems, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize aircraft availability and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with team members to identify and implement solutions.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Avionic or Mechanical Supervisor, with a strong understanding of aerospace and aviation regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Authorizations as a Supervisor and a Mk4 Chinook Q Course (or Mk3 Q Course) are required for this role.
