Care Home Senior Night Care Assistant

As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and care to our residents. With a strong focus on person-centred care, we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment that meets the diverse needs of our residents.

Your role will involve supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, supporting the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, and care plans.

We are looking for individuals who share our commitment to providing individualised care and support, with excellent communication skills and a patient approach. Competitive pay: £14,980 per annum, plus a £500 welcome bonus. Free learning opportunities available.

About You

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with elderly patients is beneficial
