The Job

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to care staff and supporting residents with complex needs. You will also provide clinical nursing, including medication management and infection prevention and control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, promoting high standards of care and clinical excellence
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans to deliver excellence across all aspects of resident care
  • Provide guidance and support to care staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £34,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive paid Annual NMC Registration, Wagestream, Bank Holiday Pay Enhancements, career development opportunities, and hundreds of online discounts.
