Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of products in and out of our facility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Unload and load customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining the flow of product in and out of the area as required.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures, including the completion of accurate documentation for all inbound and despatch loads.
  • Report any trailer or MHE faults in line with company procedures and ensure VOR vehicles are placed in designated areas.
  • Remain vigilant in ensuring goods are picked and assembled accurately as per instructions.
  • Ensure despatched loads are properly secured prior to leaving the loading bay.
  • Meet and maintain the standards required to meet the Company's productivity targets.
  • Ensure all practices and procedures are safely carried out in line with the company's Health & Safety policy, SSOW's and HACCP regulations, where appropriate, and challenge colleagues who fail to adhere to any such rules or regulations.
  • Ensure company standards of hygiene and housekeeping are achieved and maintained.
  • Receive, record, and notify customer returns to the appropriate Stock Controller.
  • Assist Stock Controllers as and when required.
  • Assist colleagues when required and behave in a harmonious, courteous manner at all times.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
