Workshop Supervisor
Our Client is a leading undercarriage parts supplier and manufacturer in the UK with over 50 years of experience in the industry.

This role will suit candidates with a mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent with a strong understanding of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
  2. Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly jobs using in-house systems and Excel spreadsheets.
  3. Communicate workload and schedules to Workshop Operatives.
  4. Monitor Workshop Operatives' performance and attendance.
  5. Work alongside Workshop Operatives to set up job lines.

Benefits:
£35k - £38K
Paid overtime available
Company 4% contributory pension scheme

Working Hours:
40 hours per week, day shift
