Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join our global engineering manufacturer team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts through distribution channels and OEM customers for mechanical rotating equipment products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and OEM partners.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical rotating equipment products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full clean driving license and willingness to travel.
