Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Surveyor to join our team. As a Project Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering projects on behalf of clients, predominantly within the commercial property sector. Your primary duties will include conducting initial defect analysis and condition surveys, specification writing, contract administration, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial defect analysis and condition surveys to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
  • Write specifications for projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Administer contracts and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a recognized professional qualification, such as RICS or CIOB, and extensive experience in building surveying and/or project management. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
