As a Youth Housing Support Worker, you will be responsible for overseeing the building and the behaviour of thirty young people, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Your duties will include carrying out regular patrols, maintaining accurate records of incidents and visitors, and liaising with emergency services as necessary. You will also be responsible for cleaning communal areas, bathrooms, and toilets, as well as maintaining a secure environment by monitoring CCTV screens and dealing with any issues that arise.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development. **Key Responsibilities:**
