We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Nurseplus. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of care professionals in the community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and manage a team of care professionals in the community
- Ensure high-quality care is delivered to our clients
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with our clients and their families
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and support to team members
- Monitor and report on team performance and make recommendations for improvement
**Requirements:**
- Experience in community care work
